How to request deletion
Email us from the address registered to your account and include your account details and a clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted. Send your request to [email protected].
What happens next
We verify the request comes from the account owner. Once verified, we remove your account and its associated data from our active systems and email you a confirmation when deletion is complete.
What we delete
- your profile and account information;
- platform access tokens and connected-account identifiers;
- stored message logs and automation history.
What we may retain
Some transactional records, such as billing history, may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, and tax compliance. These records are not used for any other purpose and are deleted once no longer required.
How long it takes
