Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pro View you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Pro View provides worship presentation software. Pro View is presentation software built for churches. Display song lyrics and scripture, control every output live, and plan the whole service in advance - with a stage view your team can trust. We may modify features, pricing, and availability with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] right away.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages, or harass or abuse others;
• distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content;
• impersonate any person or organisation;
• infringe the intellectual-property or licensing rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or quarterly cycle in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. Charges are made at the start of each billing period. Non-payment may result in suspension of the Service.

You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and fees already paid for that cycle are non-refundable. Refunds are provided only at our discretion in exceptional cases.

abeen retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and documentation. You keep ownership of the content you create, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

You are responsible for holding the rights and licences needed for the songs, lyrics, scripture, and media you display through the Service (for example, a valid worship or reprint licence where required). You keep ownership of the content you add, and grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display it for you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
