Data Deletion

Email us from the address registered to your account and include your account details and a clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted. Send your request to [email protected].

You can also delete DMr's access and data yourself, without emailing us:

• In DMr - disconnecting an Instagram account or a Facebook Page deletes its access tokens, its connection data, and its Auto Bots.
• In Facebook - go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations and remove DMr. Meta notifies us and we automatically delete the data for that connection. Meta also gives you a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of your request.
• In Instagram - go to Settings > Apps and websites and remove DMr. Meta notifies us and we automatically delete the data for that connection.

We verify the request comes from the account owner. Once verified, we remove your account and its associated data from our active systems and email you a confirmation when deletion is complete.

• your profile and account information;
• platform access tokens and connected-account identifiers;
• stored message logs and automation history.

Some transactional records, such as billing history, may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, and tax compliance. These records are not used for any other purpose and are deleted once no longer required.
