DMr is operated by abeen. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use DMr.

We collect only what we need to run the Service for you:

• Account data - your name, email address, phone number, and billing details.
• Platform data - Instagram and Facebook account identifiers you authorise, Page and message access tokens issued through Meta login, comment and direct-message content processed by your automations, all authorised by you.
• Usage data - pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, and browser or device information.
• Payment information - processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

• To provide and maintain the Service, including running the automations and features you set up.
• To manage billing, subscriptions, and your account.
• To send you transactional messages about your account and the Service.
• To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To comply with the law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers - payment processors, hosting, and analytics - who are bound by confidentiality and process data on our behalf.
• with Meta, only as required to operate the platform integration you have authorised, in line with Meta's policies.
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Account information is kept while your account is active. Message content processed through your automations is retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or request a portable export of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. See our Data Deletion page for how to request full deletion.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. Analytics cookies help us understand how the Service is used without identifying you personally. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

DMr is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
